Terms of Use

Welcome to the Dillyeo.com website ("Site") on the World Wide Web. Please review these Site terms of use which governs your use of and purchase of products from our Site ("Agreement"). By accessing, browsing, reading, purchasing a product, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not use this Site. The Dillyeo.com site is managed by Dillyeo, Inc. ("Dillyeo"), who has contracted with selected vendors and clients to offer you the product selections on this website.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3-5 days of purchase due to heavy volume. On super-shipper items, we'll ship items same day. All orders are currently shipped via standard ground, 3-7 day delivery, depending on where you live. Dillyeo.com is working on a new fulfillment platform which will ensure orders are shipped same day via priority ground. Live Telephone representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9 A.M.-5 P.M. CST. All customers will receive an order confirmation via email. Please provide a telephone number during the checkout process in the appropriate field so we may reach you with any questions.

Dillyeo is not responsible for lost or stolen products.

If your arrival date falls near a holiday, please allow 48 hours prior to the holiday for your order to be processed and shipped.

Refunds & Exchanges

Unless advised otherwise please contact the manufacturer of the product you bought. If the manufacturer cannot assist you with your issue, email rma@Dillyeo.com with your Dillyeo order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the detailed problem with the item. We will respond by the next business day with either a new contact at the manufacturer, an outside warranty provider or a return authorization from Dillyeo. Because we aren't likely to have a replacement in stock, you should be prepared for a refund-only option. Return shipping will be at your expense. Dealing directly with the manufacturer may yield better results with any questions regarding refunds and exchanges. Errors and omissions on behalf of Dillyeo are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 10 % restocking fee.

Wrong Address

Please note that we cannot be held responsible in the event that we have been provided with an incorrect delivery address. No refunds or exchanges are available for lost packages due to Dillyeo receiving an incorrect address.

Purchases

When you place an order on Dillyeo.com and any sites located on the domain with a co-branded domain, we will ask you for the following personal information: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number and its expiration date. This information is transmitted via a secure encrypted server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the approved industry standard (see Security section below). We will use your personal information to contact you for account purposes and/or to present you with new offers and promotions. Please note that you have the ability to unsubscribe from receiving additional emails from Dillyeo.com by clicking the unsubscribe link in all correspondence regarding new offers and special discounts.

The information contained within this Site, including all images, illustrations, designs, photographs, video clips, writings and other materials that appear herein, may be copyrighted, trademarked, trade dressed or otherwise owned intellectual property (all of which, collectively, are herein referred to as the "Contents"), controlled or licensed by Dillyeo, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or are the property of their respective owners.

Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute, download, and print, in hard copy, portions of this Site for the purposes of:

(1) placing an order with Dillyeo or

(2) using this Site as a shopping resource, provided you do not modify the Site and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Contents.

Except in connection with shopping or placing an order, none of the Contents may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted electronically or mechanically, transmitted, recorded, in any manner mirrored, photocopied, or reproduced without the prior written permission of Dillyeo or the applicable copyright owner. Please note that the permission granted herein terminates automatically if you breach any of these Site terms or conditions. You agree that any material, information, and ideas that you submit to this Site or otherwise provide to Dillyeo ("Transmissions") shall be and remain Dillyeo's property.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Dillyeo controls and operates this Site from its offices within Illinois, and the United States. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Illinois law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Illinois and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

Dillyeo may revise these terms of use by updating this posting. You agree that in the event any portion of this Site’s Terms of Use are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Site terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
