How can I track my order?
Dillyeo emails you a shipping notification when your order ships that includes a tracking number. You can also find your tracking number in MyDillyeo if you’ve registered.
What’s my order status?
Login to your MyDillyeo account at any time for your order status. Tracking numbers will arrive once your order ships and you'll be notified via email. If shipping via the US Post Office, you may not receive a tracking number, however you will be notified once your package has been shipped.
When will I get my order?
Most products ship in 7-14 days, however, on rare occasions, some may take up to 30 days.
What if my item is out of stock?
Rarely we’ll run out of an item after you’ve ordered it. You'll receive a prompt notification via email if this is the case and we'll let you know when we expect to receive this item. If the item is completely unavailable for some reason, we'll let you know and in these cases, we’ll offer you a full refund or your choice of another similar product if possible.
Do you do back orders?
Dillyeo does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. We’ll send you a refund if we can’t replace it. Look for signals throughout the site that indicate whether an items is on Last Call or Returning Soon.

Dillyeo keeps shipping as low as possible, but will vary by the size and weight of your order. The shipping charges are posted during checkout before you are charged.
Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We ship to all US States and Territories. We can’t ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, but please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Do you offer gift certificates and/or gift cards?
Currently we do not sell DillyCards. We only give DillyCards away for free and they are delivered digitally.
PAYMENT
Do you charge sales tax?
Dillyeo has to add sales tax to anything shipped to Illinois.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Shopping at Dillyeo is safe. Our site is protected by SSL encryption technology and Dillyeo works with your credit card or PayPal to prevent fraud.
Is it safe to use my debit card online?
Yes. If you pay by debit card, the amount is put on hold—it will not be available once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount is officially withdrawn from your account and the original hold gets voided out. Please contact your bank with questions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Dillyeo accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, GoogleCheckout and PayPal. Paypal may accept checks.
I get an error message when I try to check out.
Please double check that you’ve filled out all the field and that the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Note that we do not accept American Express or Discover cards. If you have discovered a bug, please email us at suppor@dillyeo.com and let us know what you've found and how you produced the issue.

My DillyCard doesn’t work.
If your DillyCard hasn’t expired, double check that you’ve entered the entire code correctly, including non-alphanumeric symbols, such as “+”, “-“, “%”, and “$.”
I lost my DillyCard
If you’ve registered for MyDillyeo, your DillyCard coupon codes are stored there along with their expiration dates. Please login at www.Dillyeo.com to view them. If you are not a registered DillyFan, please email support@dillyeo.com for help.
My DillyCard was expired when I got it.
Please forward the email with your DillyCard card coupon to customerservice@dillyeo.com and we’ll update it.

How do I use PayPal?
Click on "Checkout with PayPal" when checking out. New PayPal users will be redirected to sign up for an account and will be presented with the "Checkout with PayPal" option when they get back to Dillyeo.
What if I have questions about PayPal?

How does PayPal bill?
PayPal members sign a Billing Agreement, which authorizes the merchant to take their payments directly from the member’s PayPal account. Contact PayPal customer service if you have more questions.
When are funds transferred from my PayPal account?
PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout. If the balance is lower than the total payment, PayPal offers credit products or the option to pay from your bank account or a credit card. See www.paypal.com for details.

I'm not seeing my order
If you do not see your latest order in your account, we may not have received it. There may have been an issue with the cart or the internet. Email customer support at support@dillyeo.com and explain the issue and tell them your username and email address used to register your account. They will confirm your order.

How do I return or exchange something?
Please pack your item, in unused condition, in its original packing and return it to us at 719 S. State St., 4th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60605, Attention: Dillyeo Returns. We can’t pay for return shipping at this time. Please see the return policy below.
Dillyeo Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days in unused, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. Items such as software which require registration or certain goods listed in our exception list below cannot be returned.
- All damage and shortage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. Please call the Dillyeo.com Customer Care Center at 312-733-8332 to report damage and obtain a return authorization number.
- Include a copy of your receipt in your return or we can’t process your return.
- A refund will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item within 1-2 billing cycles. Credit can be given in the form of a Dillyeo.com gift card upon request.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, check or credit.
- Furniture must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any product damage or defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Return Exceptions
- Electronics such as TVs, VCRs, DVDs, DVD players, gaming systems and computers must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any product damage or defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Large TV’s that are delivered via Home Delivery carriers cannot be returned without original manufacturers packaging.
- Freight damages must be reported at the time of delivery and the TV should be refused if you see any signs of damage.
- If you fail to report damage at the time of delivery you may forfeit your right to file a freight damage claim after the delivery agents have left.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, check or credit.
- Furniture must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any product damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Major Appliances: Any product damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by calling 1-312-733-8332.
